ЫССЫК СУУ ЖОК!

УЖАС КАШМАР! ЫССЫК СУУ ЖОК КАЛДЫ! ЭМНЕ КЫЛАБЫЗ?

Oh no! What ever shall we do!? In the entire city of Bishkek there is no hot water for a whole month! And the remaining water is very cold! I've taken two bucket baths (explanation to follow) so far and the rest of my body will just have to remain dirty for about a month. So... Why are we suddenly sans-water? We still have gas (burritos), electricity, oxygen, gravity and the laws of thermodynamics! The answer: I don't know. I suppose that our two filthy coal plants are putting out enough electricity for all our frivolous neon signs but when it comes to heating our water, a nessescary human comfort, our polluters fail to deliver. So, what can I, or any other citizen of Bishkek, do about this? The only option I can think of is boiling a plethora of pots of water. That would take forever. Screw that. I suppose I'll grit my teeth a bear (roar!) the frigid water.
